Dear Applicant, The NTT has been an important body for AIESEC in Slovakia throughout time, and this year is no different. What to consider before applying: That you will be part of a team that has a long history of supporting AIESEC in Slovakia If you have some experience in agenda management, possess a certain passion for training delivery and would like to develop further in those areas If you possess certain skills and abilities that you have accumulated from your experience and would like to share it with our members in the form of trainings If you want to support directly the membership of AIESEC in Slovakia to achieve their goals through trainings as part of the education cycle mainly focused on developing the competencies and skills of the membership
General Info Please keep in mind: Applicants must answer both general and specific questionnaire(per position) No application will be received after the deadline Open for Slovak speaking only If you have any questions, feel free to contact the functional MCVPs. DDL to apply for NTT chair & member: 9th August, 23.59 Please send your application in .pdf format to angela.pascal@aiesec.sk Once the chair is selected, he/she should be available to conduct interviews with NTT member applicants.

NTT Coordinator JD
Main responsibilities: Managing the NTT team Responsible to deliver newbies/members agenda in conferences Supporting in the delivery trainings for Team Leaders Boot Camp Create and deliver educational frameworks, workshops and trainings for the members and evaluate the impact of the educational activities Create and deliver team building spaces for LCs Build the cooperation of NTT with the entity Deliver extra trainings according to the entity’s needs
Requirements: Team management experience Cooperation Proactivity and initiative Know how to set partnership with stakeholders(LCs, MC etc.) Training and session delivery experience Understanding of Talent Management(preferred)

Propose a general timeline for the whole year with key touchpoints as NTTC in terms of NTT team management and training delivery. How do you envision the way of working between NTT, MC and LCs? 6. How do you plan to measure the quality and impact of the educational activities delivered by the NTT?
