The OC will work with Events Manager via email, Skype and phone. The OC will have to: Participate to the conference meetings and team buildings; Be present during pre-conference and post-conference. Accommodation and meals Provided during conference. ● OC In-kind & Sales - Creating pool of companies for fundraising, proposal creation; - - Communication with other LCs; - - Partners page management; - - In-kind responsible and money raising.
● OC Finance & Logistics - Ensure fluent running of the conference from the logistic side; - On-site action plan, on-site, coordination of “delegates moving”; - Ensuring transportation, organization of breaks; - Ensure all IT processes and other materials needed; - Communication with site-representatives.
