OCP will have to •
Participate in the conference meetings.

Be present during pre-conference meeting and postconference meeting

Job description ○
The OCP plans, tracks, coordinates OC team
delegates
and

Has financial transparency
○
Responsible for contracts
○
Communication with Conference manager
○
Creates the plan for logistical part of the conference
○
Aware of feasibility, action plan and on-site plan
○
Together with conference team, is responsible for the final outcome of the conference
Requirements Experience Requirement ○
Conference participation(local, regional, national conference)
○
At least one TLD experience or OC conference experience
Competence ○
Planning and organizing skills

Time and self management
○
Team management
