• Sugar cubes, Welcome packages • Create brand of the conference based on objective and theme of the conference • Communication plan creation
• Creation of the posts, materials (booklets, badges, pictures ...)
OC VP Logistics & site • Ensure fluent running of the conference from the logistic site
• On-site action plan, coordination of „delegates moving“, transportation • Ensure all IT stuff and other MTZ needed • Communication with siterepresentatives • Ensure all IT stuff (laptop, speakers, beamer.......)
• Regional conference for MCPs and LCPs from Europe • 9-12.11.2017, Radava, Slovakia • More than 150 delegates
