AGENT BATON ™

The combination of discreet concealment and rapid presentation make the Agent Baton an ideal impact weapon for administrators, investigators and undercover operatives. The baton incorporates a 4140 steel striking surface. The 7075 T6 aluminum middle shaft and finely knurled clip ring grip are forged to shape and then precision machined. The handle and shafts of the Agent Baton are Electroless Nickel plated. The Agent Baton expands to a 16 LeverLoc.® It has the form, fit and striking potential of a duty baton. The reduced diameter, low profile grip of the Agent may be concealed inside the waistband or worn on the belt. The Snap Loc™ Clip may be adjusted to a variety of positions along the handle to enhance concealment or ease of presentation. As with all LeverLoc Batons, the Agent is retracted with a simple twist.

Duty This “soft” design baton scabbard is ideal for military, investigative or security personnel. The carrier snaps onto the belt. It securely retains a retracted or expanded ASP Baton as well as the ASP Triad® Series of lights in a lens up or lens down configuration.

MOLLE Designed for military or special operations, this rotating polymer SideBreak Scabbard will clip onto all MOLLE equipped vests and equipment. ASP BreakAway . . . When Split-Second Entry is Crucial A

The flexible gasket that seals a car window acts as a cushion when trying to enter the vehicle with a baton. Window punches require straight-on activation placing an officer in front of a threat. They can carry the hand through a window and into the interior of a vehicle.

Most window entry tools are not readily available. They are in the patrol car or equipment case at the split second when they are needed.

The ASP BreakAway ® subcap is designed to be interposed between the cap and handle of an expandable baton. It is always available. It is readily at hand. Removing the baton cap exposes the three ceramic pins of the BreakAway. Set in a machined aluminum geodome, at least one pin will make contact with the tempered glass of a car window whatever the angle of application. The officer can stand to the side of a threat, grasp the tip of the baton and easily shatter any vehicle window. Entry is rapid and tactically sound.

Black Electroless

BreakAway window breakers can be attached between the cap and handle of any ASP Baton. They add less than .75" to the baton length.

BreakAway attachments can break out windshields for emergency entry. Punch a large circular pattern with the BreakAway. The ceramic pins will penetrate the glass making it possible to break out the perforated area.

The three ceramic pins of the BreakAway provide instant entry through tempered glass.

Create Your Own Lasting Impressions The Process A Custom Work Order must be completed for each product that is to be engraved with a laser logo. This order will specify the preparation cost for computer conversion of the original artwork. The digital conversion is a one-time investment that can be used indefinitely and is maintained by ASP. A set-up charge applies to all orders under 576 pieces. The individual cost of the logos being ordered will be determined by the number of insignia that are engraved during each production run. ASP Products ASP designs may be laser engraved in a variety of configurations. Once an image has been converted, it may be used on all ASP products. The concentrated beam of the laser vaporizes the surface coating of the metal. The image color is white against the background of the metal coating.

Onyx Rich black logos are achieved with the exclusive ASP Onyx process. A blend of laser engraving and metal coloration, each insignia is attractive, durable and distinctive. Your Artwork Camera-ready or digital artwork must be provided for the insignia to be engraved. The quality of the original artwork will directly affect the quality of the final imprint. Camera-ready artwork must be high quality and at least four inches in length. Digital artwork is the preferred method for providing logos. This electronic artwork must be a bitmap image at 1200 dpi resolution, one inch in length in a PCX file or a black and white Adobe Illustrator vector based drawing file (for MAC or PC) with any typography converted to paths. Triad lights are machined from bars of 6161 T6 aerospace aluminum. They are hardcoat anodized in a proprietary matte black finish. Each light has a foamed vinyl grip like the finest Tactical Baton.® Each Triad incorporates the ASP designed three position intermittent, locking, constant-on switch. Light engines are from the latest generation of Cree high performance LEDs. They are from a binning selected for its pure white chromonicity and high lumen output. The individual serial number is laser engraved into each light. Batteries are 3v Lithium CR123A primary cells. The shatterproof lens is water clear polycarbonate. A clip groove is machined into the lens and switch end of each light. A heat treated pocket clip snaps into either groove. CR123A Lithium primary cells are the international standard for powering tactical lighting products. An extremely dense energy source, Lithium Batteries have a ten year shelf life. They function in a wide range of temperatures and environments. Lithium power cells are leakproof and vibration resistant. They provide the most dependable source of power currently available for handheld professional lights. ASP Lithium cells incorporate a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) protection circuit and safety vent. The system prevents instability in the event a cell overheats or should rapidly discharge as the result of a short. ASP Lithium Batteries are available in a 3 volt single cell or 6 volt welded two cell stick. Batteries are packaged in a two cell clamshell or 12 cell box.

These “key jammed” restraints create civil liability and must be destroyed to cut them from the subject’s wrist. ASP Handcuff Keys are precision molded from high strength stainless steel. The patented design of ASP Chain and Hinge Handcuffs provides the safest restraint in the industry. The flat contact surface and smooth action prevents injury during application. All edges of the frame, cheek plate and bow are rounded to minimize the potential for nerve damage. The conical geometry of the cuff securely holds both small and large wrists. Flex Frame Technology reduces injury potential from excessive lateral stress due to improper handcuff application. The double lock indicator of ASP cuffs is highly visible. It is easily checked to assure activation. Cuffs that test too tight may be loosened and double locked without removing the key from the cuff. The folding mechanism of the Rigid Cuff permits the restraint to be easily carried, then automatically lock open to form a solid restraint. The rigid configuration offers the most restrictive structure of the ASP Tactical Series. It removes both lateral and linear mobility. For this reason, Rigid Cuffs are ideal for courtroom or airline restraint. ASP Rigid Handcuffs feature a locking bridge in the center of an ergonomic palm swell. Orientation disks confirm proper positioning. Raised for right hand officers, lowered for left. The recessed finger track and contoured hand guard maintain a clear path to the bow guides. As with all ASP Tactical Handcuffs, the Rigid design incorporates a one piece unitized stainless steel frame, polymer overmold, dual keyway, high visibility double lock indicator, high contact conical bow, radiused edges, increased range of adjustment for both large and small wrists, smooth bow action and single direction unlock. SECURITY HANDCUFFS The revolutionary design of ASP Tactical Handcuffs allows Lock Sets to be interchanged to meet the security requirement of a specific agency. Lock Sets are available in one, two and three pawl designs. All ASP Locks incorporate plastic shields which make it impossible to shim the cuff from the side of the bow. One pawl Lock Sets form the foundation of the ASP Restraint System. Color coded Yellow, the single pawl design forms the strongest and most dependable Lock Set. However, the single pawl can be shimmed from the entrance of the frame. It can also be manipulated by a subject who is given access to tools. The Lock Set uses a standard handcuff key. The two pawl High Security ASP Restraint is both shim and pick resistant. It is color coded Blue. A stainless steel plate separates two precisely machined independent pawls. Shimming from the side is impossible. The security plate blocks entrance of a shim into the mouth of the frame. A single tool can retract only one pawl. As a result, the two pawl ASP restraint is easily replaceable yet provides the most secure Lock Set in the industry. The unique key used in the two pawl lock will open all standard handcuffs as well as the two pawl restraint. However, standard keys cannot open a two pawl lock. The three pawl European Lock Set is impossible to shim from the side. A shim inserted from the frame entrance must precisely match the width of all three pawls. The Lock Set uses a standard handcuff key and is color coded Green.
