IMPRINTING METHODS & OPTIONS Here at Strong Leather we use traditional methods of imprinting to customize our leather products. A metal die is created and heat-pressed into the leather to create a lasting impression as either a “Deboss” or “Foil Stamp”. The cost for each custom die is $65.00 (g) for up to a 3” X 2” logo (6” square) or $85.00 (g) for up to a 4” X 3” logo (12” square). Larger sizes may be available for use on limited items, please call for pricing. The cost for foil stamping and debossing is the same. A debossed imprint is recommended for logos with small or fine detail. Gold or silver are recommended for foil stamping, however alternate colors may be available on certain items. PMS matching is not available but additional colors may be obtained for $40.00 (c). All the products in our catalog are priced to include one location set up and run charge. If a second or third location is desired, in addition to the die charge for each logo, there is a $20.00 (c) charge to re-setup the imprinting machine and a $.80 (c) run charge for each additional location. Vector artwork in an eps format is required and can be sent to artwork@strongleather. com. If this format is not available there will be a $50.00 (g) charge to reconstruct the artwork. Personalization is available in the limited selection of fonts shown. A full name costs $7.00 (c) per line of 25 letters or less. Initials of 3 letters or less are $5.00 (c). If a custom font is necessary there will be a separate die charge for each name provided. Please request a paper proof, $9.00 (c), if you are unsure of size or location. We strive for the highest quality in our products, therefore if we feel that artwork or a logo will not live up to our standards we will advise on the best method for decoration.
