FIVE TIPS FOR SENDING BETTER E-MAILS Quick and useful business tips 1) Visualize your reader: Eliminate the chance of misunderstanding by the recipient by remembering that they can’t see or hear you. 2) Use short chunks of text. Huge blocks of text can cause a reader to lose interest or skip over important details. 3) Add headings, lists, numbers, and bullet points to make your e-mail easier to read. 4) Stick to one key message per e-mail. 5) Always include your signature block or contact details.
