OUR TEAM Ivan Klugman President
With over 35 years of aviation experience, 10 years of that in corporate ight departments and serving as Captain with United Airlines for 25 years. During his career, he has placed many aircraft in service from airliners to large twin engine helicopters. He has negotiated and successfully closed many aircraft transactions with private sellers and manufactures. Capt. Klugman has been entrusted by royalty, celebrities, billionaires and even a celebrity billionaire. Captain Klugman holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilots license for both Jets and Helicopters which include ratings on Boeing 737, 757, 767, 777, Falcon Jet, Bell 206 & 222, Sikorsky S76, Super Puma.
Peter Wendt
Vice President and Director of Operations Capt. Wendt has had a very distinguished career as a military aviator as well as a senior manger at large commercial operations. He has held key positions and served as director at commercial operations utilizing 50 aircraft and over a hundred pilots. He has recently completed a very successful assignment in Saudi Arabia for the RSAF. Capt. Wendt also enjoys sharing his knowledge with new aviators as a simulator instructor and examiner on jet aircraft at CAE. He is a certiďŹ ed IS-BAO safety auditor in addition to an FAA ATP with many Jet and helicopter type ratings.
OUR TEAM Michael J. Bonventre
Senior Project Manager and Director of Airline Technical Services With 37 years of aviation experience, Michael Bonventre has served as an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic for both rotary and fixed wing military and civilian aircraft. He also worked for 8 years as a final assembly/first flight/flight development inspector with a major aircraft manufacturer. In last 18 years. He has been a technical consultant for airlines and commercial aircraft leasing companies. In addition, he has worked with a number of Air Authorities in both the United States and foreign countries importing, exporting, applying for, and obtaining ferry permits. Michael has put numerous aircraft on operating certificates for various domestic and foreign airlines. He has also managed the return to service of long-term storage aircraft to be ferried to heavy maintenance facilities. Michael has recently completed the comprehensive pre-purchase due diligence and safety audits of 3 Airbus A340 airframes and associated engines. He is very familiar with the Airbus maintenance programs and has even written a VVIP maintenance program for Airbus aircraft. Michael holds FAA Airframe & Powerplant and FAA Airworthiness Inspector licenses, and is a Senior NAAA Appraiser with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) endorsement. Ric Wilken
DIRECTOR OF SAFETY AND SPECIAL PROJECTS Over the past 35 years, Captain Rick Wilken has held the Key FAA/DGCA/CAA positions of General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Safety, Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, and Civil Aviation Safety Officer. He has managed or had safety oversight responsibilities for the flight operations and aircraft maintenance departments of Army Aviation Assets during 8 years of active duty and 26 years in the National Guard. Captain Wilken developed and implemented the accident investigation program for a major insurance company. He has performed serious injury and fatal accident investigations, testified as an expert in accident reconstruction, and has extensive experience in claims management and risk analysis/safety engineering of international manufacturing operators and airlines. Ric’s FAA ratings include an ATP both fixed and rotor wing, Airframe & Powerplant license, FAA designated Airworthiness Inspector, and FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR).

COMPLETION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Comprehensive oversight and management by IAS team members. Overall Completion program management consists of monitoring the critical path schedule and participating in vendor/program reviews. Close attention is paid to quality, cost and schedule when dealing with any issue including change orders. Our goal is to see that the ďŹ nal product is safe, comfortable and retains its value for years to come.
