"The Name of the Rose" is a novel tells a story of an Italian monastery that took place at the end of the Middle Ages. The Franciscan monk William and his disciple Adesso went to a monastery in the mountains of northern Italy to perform the task of mediating the dispute between the Holy Roman Emperor and the Pope. But then the deaths happened and developed into a series of serial murders and involved a secret hidden in the monastery. Later William and Adesso found the clue, in the library on the wing of the monastery.
