Charter : Safe Warm Well-come Centres You’ll get a warm welcome as well as a warm space Every time you come to a Safe Warm Well-come Centre you’ll be given a warm welcome from staff and volunteers.

We don’t tell anyone about who uses a warm space If you want to share your reasons why you need a warm space, someone will listen but they won’t tell anyone else unless you give them permission.

Everyone is treated equally with dignity and respect Everyone has a right to be warm, so everyone in a Safe Warm Well-come Centre treats people, and is treated by people, with dignity and respect.

It doesn’t matter why you need a warm space Every Safe Warm Well-come Centre is a non-judgemental space, you will be welcomed and never judged.

Your warm space will be a safe place Your Safe Warm Well-come Centre will adhere to their risk assessment including Covid precautions and food hygiene rules.

We can signpost you to help and advice Information packs about local support are available - just help yourself or ask a volunteer.
