An exhibition of work that draws inspiration from the surreal and disturbing literature of Franz Kafka and George Orwell to the alien beauty of insects. Heather McFadden originally studied 3D design at Belfast art college in the 1980’s and after graduating, specialised in Goldsmithing. She undertook further studies in Kilkenny and Copenhagen before establishing a successful Goldsmithing Business in Newtownards.

Larne Arts Festival will be celebrating all things creative this August. There are plenty of workshops, exhibitions Street art, and events taking place throughout August. There will be a special family fun day and showcasing the best of Larne’s arts scene on Saturday 12 August at Larne Market Yard.
