‘Social objective a) seeks to support the role of main towns, villages, and small settlements in accordance with the LDP Spatial Growth Strategy and commensurate with their place in the settlement hierarchy.’

This should read: ‘Social objective a) seeks to support the role of main towns, small towns, villages, and small settlements in accordance with the LDP Spatial Growth Strategy and commensurate with their place in the settlement hierarchy.’

‘Members did not agree to recommendation to designate eight new small settlements’

Council have not stated or recorded that ‘members did not agree’. Rather in Technical Supplement 2, paragraph 3.8 (Page 9) when discussing this at a members’ workshop it was recorded that ‘Members did not disagree with the recommendation to designate eight new small settlements, but did query whether Newtowncrommelin had sufficient facilities to justify it being designated as a small settlement. Members also made a number of additional suggestions for potential new small settlements’.

‘SGS3 Strategic Allocations for Housing to Settlements…’

The correct title is: ‘SGS3 Strategic Allocations for Housing to Settlements…’

‘In Larne the 46.1ha in Table 4.2 of DPS-121 was reduced to 43ha due to advice from CBRE relating to land at Larne East which is more appropriate for another use.’

This should read: ‘In Larne the 46.1ha in Table 4.2 of DPS-121 was reduced to 43ha due to advice from CBRE relating to land at Larne East West which is more appropriate for another use.’

‘RA099 amends criterion l) to relate only to any occupied or temporary occupied property and remove the reference to (excluding extant permissions) or approved dwellings outside of the applicant’s control.’

This should read: ‘RA099 amends criterion l) to relate only to any occupied or temporary occupied unoccupied property and remove the reference to (excluding extant permissions) or approved dwellings outside of the applicant’s control.’
