Regulation 8 – Availability of Timetable – Additional information regarding local advertisement of LDP timetables Examples of local advertisement relating to the timetables within Appendix 5 of the Self-Assessment of Soundness Report (Document DPS-401, Pages 40 - 41) were as follows: 

From week commencing 8 August 2016 for the original LDP timetable – Ballymena Guardian. (The advertisement also appeared in the Ballymena Times, Larne Times, Carrick Times and Newtownabbey Times.) From week commencing 26 June 2017 for the first revised LDP timetable – Ballymena Times. (The advertisement also appeared in the Ballymena Guardian, Larne Times, Carrick Times and Newtownabbey Times.) From week commencing 8 April 2019 for the second revised LDP timetable – Ballymena Guardian. Regulation 9 – Preparation of the POP – Additional Information regarding engagement with consultation bodies In accordance with Regulation 9 of The Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Council engaged with the consultation bodies listed below on the preparation of the preferred options paper (POP) in various ways including via a series of targeted letters sent to each between June 2016 and the publication of the POP.
