Sanitary Ware: Quality white ware fitted as seen on the layout drawings. Colour co-ordinated wall tiles can be selected from the standard range and will be fitted 400mm to all baths, with shower areas being tiled to full ceiling height. One row of tiles to the wash hand basin. External Finish External Works: A tarred drive will serve each property. Grey paving slabs will lead to the front, rear and rotary clothes drier. Turf is laid to the front garden areas only with soil being spread on the rear garden areas. Fencing will be 1.8m high screen fence, to rear and exposed public sides. 900mm Post & two rail fence between houses at rear with boundary. N.H.B.C: Each property is registered under the National Housing Building Council and carries a 10-year structural warranty. All works to be carried out in accordance with current regulations and comply with all codes of practice and the like.
