Once we know exactly what you need, we can help turn your dream home into a reality. DESIGNING YOUR DREAM HOME Whether it be a pre-designed home or architecturally designed, we want to build you a home that’s unique to your needs and dreams. With efficient planning and clear communication at the core, your sales consultant and architectural designer will work together with you to develop your vision. YOUR VISION ON PAPER Once you are satisfied with price, design and specifications, we’ll meet again to sign the contract documents. These include: our responsibilities to you, the payment schedule, a process to deal with variations, and a complete specification of all products and materials to be on the build. MEETING YOUR TEAM You’ll team up with an assigned project manager and project support person who will be with you throughout the process, keep in regular contact, and help you truly customise your home. COLOUR SELECTIONS Here you’ll make some exciting selections with our colour consultant about the elements that will bring your house to life. Key decisions include exterior and interior colours; your roof, windows and kitchen layout. FROM SKETCH TO REALITY We know that it is an exciting experience to build a house especially when the action on site starts! So we make sure to keep you in the loop throughout the whole process, with secure access to our online portal: Buildertrend. It allows you to track build progress, view photos, approve variations and selections, and access important documents. TURNING THE KEY This is our favourite part of the process! On completion, your new home will be professionally cleaned and made move-in ready. We ensure it’s had a thorough quality check and council inspection, and a complete walk-through with you. Your project manager will set the official handover date, where you’ll receive your keys and get to enjoy your brand new home! AFTERCARE Once the boxes are unpacked and you’ve settled into your new home, one of our team members will make a courtesy call to ensure everything is as it should be. Approximately twelve months after your move in date our maintenance manager will be in touch with you to go through any items that need attention. 43
