THE SITUATION. EGIS Russia wanted to make a shift in terms of the field workflow. Previously they used laptops on the field. The three main product lines including Pharma, ONCO and OTC have been struggling with an old and not efficient Pharma CRM tool from France.
THE SOLUTION. Sales Vision has made a positive shift for EGIS by moving the reps from laptops to modern Android devices, the Samsung Galaxy Tab2. The entire roll out was made based on very extensive Project Management where we have invested several thousands working hours to deploy and tailor the solution for EGIS Russia.
