R&D lab construction is complete. Great news Friends!!! R&D lab construction is complete and research activity is all set to begin on October 14th 2015. 3 out of 5 approvals have been obtained and equipment has been acquired. The other two approvals will be confirmed once the equipment is installed. ETA 2 weeks. Two R&D senior scientist have taken charge at Innovare and are in the process of hiring rest of the team. If you know of any good scientists with a background in Organic Chemistry, please let us know.
Civil Construction: Plant construction has picked up and is being done at a brisk pace, after having lost 3 weeks to rains. Construction of structures on all 8 Core blocks has begun with the first slab poured on 3 structures. All first slabs are on target to complete by the end of October. We are on target to complete all structures by end January 2016, right in time for installation of equipment. Civil execution team is doing a wonderful job of meeting the dual challenge of keeping costs low and at the same time completing work on time. Cont..P2

Plant Equipment: Ordering is set to be kicked off in the month of October. Most equipment have a lead time 4 months of delivery and installation. Financials Bank loan process is in progress. All paperwork has been submitted to the consultant. The consultant has visited the plant and expressed his comfort-ness on how well we are position after doing his due diligence. Phase 1 Shareholder investment has reached 100% commitment and raising equity is currently targeted commence after October 15th. The next newsletter will be published January 10th 2016.
