Excl. tourist tax: € 2,80 per person and night from the age of 15 years.

Halfboard: (Breakfast buffet, 3-course-dinner with salad buffet and choice of the main course) Full board (3-course-lunch): + EUR 10,-- per person and night added to the half board rates Double room for single use: + 50 % surcharge Reduction for the 3rd person in the double room: 0-5 years: free of charge 6-11 years: - 50 % from 12 years: - 30 % Pets: EUR 10,-- per night, without food (not allowed in the restaurant) Services: Prices include free use of leisure facilities at “Das Kaltschmid hotel”: panorama indoor pool area, whirlpool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, Kneipp footbath, sun terrace, gym.

Payment: From the 2nd stay at a Kaltschmid hotel, every guest gets a regular guest discount of 5 % on the room price when paying whole bill in cash, or 3 % when paying by credit card.

We accept following payment methods: cash, American Express, Diners, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa.

In accordance with Austrian Hotel regulations we charge: Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge cancellation possible 14 days until 1 day before arrival: 50 % of the booked package Cancellation within the 24 hours before arrival: 90 % of the booked package If you leave earlier: 90 % of the whole amount will be charged. About the cancellation fee you will get a voucher which you can use in our house within one year for another stay.

Attention: Changed cancellation and payment conditions at the week of New Year!

General terms and conditions Upon premature departure or late arrival, you are charged for the room price. You will not receive any reimbursement for meals not taken. The reservation is only binding upon receipt of the advance payment in the time limit quoted or give us the credit card details. Place of execution and payment is Seefeld. Court of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. All prices quoted are in Euros. Upon arrival during the week, possibility of room change on the weekend. Misprints and printing errors reserved.
