Zucchini noodles with vegan kale-almond pesto Serves 4 Blitz 150ml David Jones Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 cup David Jones Kale, 1 cup basil leaves, 30g David Jones Roasted Almonds and the finely grated rind and juice of ½ lemon in a blender until pureed, then season to taste. Using your hands, squeeze any excess water from 350g pkt David Jones Zucchini Noodles, then dry-fry in a large frypan over medium-high heat, tossing occasionally, for 1-2 mins to just heat through.
