Repeat every night, even when exhausted Make a New Year’s resolution to go to the gym, rules are meant to be broken. ~ Buy jeans that actually fit, buttoning them up shouldn’t take 2 people. ~ Discover your Starbucks order before you turn 30, then order it for the next 30 years ~ If you have one drink on a night out, make sure it’s a double. ~ Be unfaithful; cheat on your Starbucks order, but only in summer. ~ Go to McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Subway as often as possible; it gives you a healthy glow. ~ Purchase loungewear like it’s an investment. ~ Always be prepared: have an emergency supply of junk food for when disaster strikes. ~ Sunday is a day of rest, remember to honour it. ~ Gym wear isn’t just for exercising, wear it whenever you god damn want. ~ Everything counts as exercise, remember that as you walk from the taxi to the front door. ~ A relaxed mind is the key to success, keep the balance with a relaxed body to match.

FITSPIRATION
