Mango Ice Cream The recipe is made by my Aai for my lovely son. He just couldn't stop eating. The creamy ice cream recipe is made with fresh mangoes, sugar, fresh cream. You can pour chocolate sauce if you have at home. But that's really optional. So let's get into the detailed recipe.
Mango Ice Cream Ingredients • 1 cup cream, chilled (Fresh Cream Or Whipping Cream Or Coconut Cream) • Sugar according to taste • 1 1/2 cup mango pulp • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (Optional) • Chocolate Sauce to top over (Optional)
Mango Ice Cream Recipe • Take 1 large size mango. Peel and chop into cubes. • Add mango cubes, vanilla extract, and sugar to a blender to make a smooth puree. • Beat the whipped cream until soft peaks arrived using a hand blender or electric beater. • Add in mango puree and mix well. • Pour in a plastic container and cover it.
Mango Ice Cream • in the freezer and when half set, remove it from the freezer. • Beat with beater one more time. • Pout the mixtureKeep in the same container. Cover with the lid and keep in the freezer to set overnight. • Top with chocolate sauce or sliced nuts. • Serve chilled. • Note - I have done it in a plastic cup. You can also make it in the plastic cup. Just cover the cup with a plastic sheet.
