The neighborhood Belvedere is a secure upmarket suburb of Noordhoek. It is nestled in the mountainside and just a few minutes drive from Noordhoek beach and Chapmans Peak. It is very close to the infamous Cape Point Vineyards and the Noordhoek Farm Village which have a number of restaurants and coffee shops. It is the ultimate family holiday destination with hiking, biking, beach and shopping just minutes away.

The Bedrooms This spacious home offers 6 bedrooms (of which three are en-suite) over three floors. The top floor bedroom has wrap around windows with breath taking sea and mountain views and a private balcony. The middle floor has 3 bedrooms leading off from the open plan living area. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, one with its own kitchenette and lounge leading into the garden and the

second ‘kids’ room has been furnished with two bunk beds and a TV. There is also an entertainment room with a bar, pool table, TV and access to a walk in safe. The home is very secure with electric fence, full alarm and beams surrounding the property. There is a double garage with space behind it for an additional 2 cars inside of the electric gate. A basic cleaning service (from 9am-2pm) is included at no extra fee. However there is an overtime fee of R200 for weekends and Public Holidays. A laundry and ironing service is also available for R200 a day. 8

All the small details Appliances - please see file in kitchen with all the appliance manuals. Alarm - Your remote has four buttons: Brown activates and deactivates the alarm. Green opens the gate. Blue opens the garage door. Red is the panic button. If you set the alarm off by accident you can deactivate by entering the alarm code 3007 on the keypad in scullery. Garbage - gets collected on Monday mornings early (best to put it out on Sunday night). Keypad Entrance - press the key icon to allow access. (Keypad in the hallway). Pool Cover - release/loosen the three ratchet straps, then unhook the three clips opposite and fold back. TV - Simply turn on, select HDMI1 if needed, then use the DSTV remote after that. 10

Grocery stores and shopping Longbeach mall and Sun Valley Malls - Pick n Pay, Food Lovers Market, Woolworths and Checkers are +/- 5 mins away. Note: Doctors, Dentists, a Physiotherapist and Chiropractors are situated behind Longbeach Mall. Blue Route Mall - over Oukaapseweg, is bigger with a larger selection of shops, and cinemas. It is about 20 mins drive. Cavendish Square - in Claremont, (about 30 mins drive) for upmarket shopping and restaurants and a cinema. Constantia Village - an upmarket mall with a selection of great restuarants and coffee shops (25 mins drive) Kalk Bay Main Road - a ‘must-do’ - take a stroll through arty, eclectic Kalk Bay. Great for antiques, art shops, coffee shops, ice cream and restaurants. Traffic will be slow in holiday season, so go early to get parking, or take the train from Fish Hoek station. 13
