‘Countryside picnic’ is inspired by our local Common and the unhurried afternoon walks we sometimes take on weekends. Occassionally we stop for a picnic with friends, and our kids - freckled and sunkissed run to the big swing under a beautiful oak tree and enjoy ‘touching the sky’ with their toes as they swing higher and higher. We get to soak in beautiful warm breezes, balmy skies and a glass of white wine. Thanks for stopping by, I hope these patterns find their way into kids bedrooms and onto many beautiful fabrics.
