From crazy to insane, one Instapic at a time ! Melinda Gyรถrgy
What I’ve learned...
I got lost then found my way, only to get lost again. What a journey!
1
Picture of my eye (#relativesizeofthings) If you look close enough, you discover a whole world in your eye.
4
A picture of a TV without signal (#tvwithoutsignal) What a trip! Staring at the ÂŤsnowyÂť screen is quite stimulating; it brings you through emotions like fascination, exaltation and anxiety.
5
Putting my brain to sleep - a skecth of the same image normally, then upside down (#questionwithoutanswer) This assignment was a personal satisfaction, after not sketching a single line in more than 15 years. Somehow the pencil found its way back to the right place of my hand.
6
An attempt of use of negative space (#doorsofperception) A fascinating exercise, helping to realize that, beyond physical caracteristics, things are before all defined by the place they take in their environment.
7
An abstract illustration of myself, in the place I’m at (#stealingthingsis) «You are confined only by the wals you build yourself.» - Unknown
8
Me, in the place I’m at (#brianenosays) Somedays, in a world of constant distractions, the only contact we get with ourselves is our reflection in a random mirror.
9
A diagram of my mind as it relates to my body (#ifyoustrattothink) My body is but the vehicle of my mind.
10
A diagram of my mind, body and place (#besureyou) Do I look a little overwhelmed here?
11
A map of my place as if it was a line (#alineisadot) In an absolute way, my place is defined by my mind. I decide if it’s a good place to be in, therefore I would say, my place is in my head.
12
A map of my place as if it was an island (#nomanis)
13
What I’ve learned from others ...
The harder the challenge, the spectacular the results and «the unexpected» becomes the rule!
2
This image conveys a feeling of softness, sweetness and lightness. Delicate and fabulous!
16
Dark and misterious, just like the full Moon.
17
A fascinating universe
18
A farytale «landscape»
19
Don’t you just love the simplicity of this image? No extra, just the essence of it.
20
Nothing explicit, yet so real.
21
A brilliant outcome af an apparently hopeless situation. No video of moving clouds, but all is there.
22
I find this diagram ÂŤnicely complicatedÂť.
23
What a lovely place this person must be living in... (illustration of someone’s place as a starry sky)
24
Someone’s place, as if it was a sea. Could it be yours?
25
My place The worlds is a book and those who do not travel read only a page. (Saint Augustine) ... well, sometimes life makes ÂŤscholarsÂť of us, to a point where the world becomes our home, where every place we lived in becomes a part of us.

Thanks to both teams from iversity and Architecture1o1, as well as the related groups of people, who helped this course deploye itself in an interesting and never redundant way. Looking forward for Part 2 & 3.
