Print out your save the date invitation to suit the the width of your chosen burlap roll.

Cut your length of burlap, allowing for the flap to fold over. Cut the flap area to a point, and cut an extra piece that will make the pocket in the right hand corner. Sew the triangle shape to the right hand corner, stitching only across the bottom and right hand side.
On the outside stitch a piece of lace the same length as the entire burlap piece.
Adhere (with double sided tape) the first invitation to the panel without the pocket, and place the second card (rsvp) inside the pocket. Fold up the burlap and keep the invitation closed with a peg.
