EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD

Since August of 2016, Kevin has been a valued member of the BCC team. Initially hired as an Assistant Restaurant Chef, he rapidly progressed up the ranks to become Chef Jallet’s right-hand man. Kevin’s work ethic is unparalleled, and he has made an invaluable contribution to both the daily operations and long-term culinary program of BCC. His passion for his craft is evident at all times, and BCC members have the opportunity to experience it on a daily basis.

STAFF MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Simran, F&B International Intern

Simran is the definition of a team player. She comes to work every day with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn! Since starting with us in June of 2022 she has seen and mastered multiple roles within the Food and Beverage department. Once the role is mastered, she takes the time to train and educate her fellow teammates in those roles as well. It has been an awesome experience to see her step into those leadership roles and grow as a Food and Beverage professional but also witnessing her grow as an individual during her time here has been a wonderful thing. We are absolutely honored to have her as part of our team here at Baltimore Country Club.
