We are excited to start the 2021 gardening season which allows us to utilize fresh herbs and edible flowers from our herb garden and fresh produce from our production garden. Being able to use hyperlocal ingredients and prepare them for the membership gives us an enormous amount of satisfaction. We can’t wait to see all the varieties throughout the season and what they will look like on the plate.

With Phase 1 of the Lifestyle Facilities Master Plan beginning in September, the entire Culinary Team is extremely excited at the prospect of a new and rejuvenated kitchen. While having a new kitchen is great, the culinary expectation will continue to rise even further. Our team is up to the challenge and we cannot wait to provide the membership continued, elevated, and wonderful experiences as we move forward.

The 2021 season is upon us. We will be bringing back the newest food staple, the “turn”-over. The BCC hot pocket is made from housemade pretzel dough and filled with BCC smoked brisket, bourbon BBQ sauce, and smoked Gouda cheese. Also, be on the lookout for other sandwich specials and small pop-ups throughout the season.
As we move into a fun-filled and fast-paced spring and summer season at Five Farms, we are always excited to see both new and familiar faces. Our whole Culinary Team loves what we do and it would not be possible without the support of each and every one of our members. So, from your Baltimore Country Club Culinary Team, we say thank you for letting us serve you and your families and we hope to continue striving to provide countless memories and unforgettable culinary experiences. ◆

Chef Michael is back and ready to go for the 2021 season. We will continue to have themed nights, fun and exciting pop-up events, and much more. He has created this season’s menu, bringing back some of the staples and introducing some new and inventive offerings.
