Great People make Favorite Places
STAFF MEMBER OF THE MONTH
NOVEMBER: Lydia Eichhorst, Pastry
Lydia joined BCC over the summer and has been a great asset to the Culinary Team, especially while Chef Lauren was on maternity leave. Lydia completely embodies our Simple Truth; as she always listens to her coworkers and our members, while picking up on the little things they like and surprising them with those treats. She always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with a good morning or hello! Lydia is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure she gets the job done at the highest level. We’re fortunate to have Lydia as a part of our BCC team!
GREENFOLDER STORIES
What sets Baltimore Country Club apart from other country clubs? Our people! Our staff members take every step to go above and beyond to accomplish our Simple Truth: Great People Make Favorite Places. Often, there are easy ways to make a positive impression on our members from saying happy birthday to congratulations on an award. However, not being afraid to make the big gestures is what distinguishes us.
How can you participate in our Simple Truth? Help gather Member-able Moments by connecting to our membership on a personal level. Ask about their likes, desires, interests, and hobbies. Finding common ground helps build a connection and a foundation to create a relationship.
Act on any ideas on how to create a positive impact on a member, guest, vendor, or fellow staff member! Every impact, regardless of size, is essential to the Simple Truth. Anything from a simple card to a grand care package helps to further our Truth. If you need assistance creating a grand gesture, contact Director of Member Experience Abby Michael at mmichael@bcc1898.com.
Lastly, we love sharing these stories of the Simple Truth! Submit your Simple Truth experience by filling out the Green Folder form, located at the bottom of the Park & Farms email, in Park & Farms, the staff webpage, or by the QR codes in the staff breakrooms. BCC encourages all members to submit their or fellow staff members' Green Folder Stories.

Dress Code Guide
Our Dress Code Polices are now all in one convenient place! This appearance guide is intended to be utilized at all points in which a staff member is present at the Club. Therefore, please adhere to this guide when attending meetings, trainings, arriving for shifts, departing from shifts, and during your working hours. We acknowledge exceptions to these standards for holidays, during summer/extreme heat, special staff member events, specific departments, etc. To ensure staff members consistently represent our brand, we want to remind all staff members that neglecting our appearance standards will result in dismissal from their shift, a performance discussion, or alternative steps to rectify the issue.

Have more than one pet? Be sure to submit one photo with all pets. Multiple photos will not be included.
