First online meeting developed
The first online meeting was developed in date 06/07/2021. During the first virtual meeting, the coordinator presented the project and described all the actions to be developed. All the partners had the opportunity to describe their organizations and their activities and expertise. It was the occasion to speak also of the pandemic situation in all countries and to decide to postpone all the mobilities planned into the project to a better and safe period, to reduce the risk of contagious for the participants (youth workers and young people). Kick-off realized in Lyon
The Kick-Off project meeting took place in Lyon in France on the 1st of December 2021 and it was held face to face. Participants introduced themselves and presented their organizations, starting a discussion on project development and the deadlines for the tasks and activities to be developed during the youth strategic partnership. During the face-to-face Transnational Project Meeting were also showed details on project management and implementation (including the purpose of the project, the scope, the work plan, the major outputs, the risks, the estimated effort and the budget, the timeline, the milestones and the deadlines). The partners agreed on next steps and actions to be taken.
