Abstract Numerous studies have shown that the immobilized PSB has much more superiority to wastewater pollutants than the free suspended cells. In the presented study, the standard engineering strains of PSB was used after a series of biological engineering technology processing. The immobilized beads were prepared using sodium alginate as substrate with additive minerals of diatomite and montmorillonite. The results showed that the prepared immobilized beads have much efficiency in removal of COD, NH3-N and TP from sewage all over 70%. The optimal water purification process condition is temperature of 30℃, illumination of 100%, addition amount of 20 g∙L-1 and addition frequency of 4 d·time-1. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of COD, NH3-N and TP reaching maximum at 78.48%, 80.61% and 82.04%, respectively. 要:固定化光合细菌对污水的处理效果优于分散的光合细菌。本文使用的光合细菌为经筛选、驯化、扩繁、定向培

养等生物工程技术培育具有超强污染物降解消耗能力的光合细菌工程菌。以海藻酸钠为光合细菌固定化基质,以硅藻土 和蒙脱石为固定化基质添加剂,制备光合细菌固化颗粒。固定化光合细菌处理污水的研究表明,使用海藻酸钠为基质, 以硅藻土和蒙脱石为添加剂的固定化光合细菌对生活污水中的 COD、NH3-N、TP 均具有较高的处理效果,达到 70%以上。 研究结果表明,环境条件(温度、光照)和投加方式(投加量、投加频率)对固定化光合细菌的处理效率均有影响。通 过 6d 去除率的检测发现,投加频率对固定化颗粒的水质净化效果影响较小,投加量和温度条件对固定化颗粒的水质净化 效果影响较大。优化的工艺技术条件是投加量为 20 g·L-1,投加频率为 4 d·time-1,温度为 30℃,对 COD、NH3-N、TP 的 去除效率分别达到了 78.48%、80.61%和 82.04%。 关键词:固定化;光合细菌;污水;净化;去除率
