Abstract By introducing the viewpoint of interruptible load of DSM into N-1 static security analysis of the power grid section transmission capacity, this paper proposes a mathematical model of power grid section transmission limit under the constraints of traditional N1 static security. Broaden the conditions of traditional N-1 analysis through using the interruptible load management in receiving areas, an improved power grid section transmission limit model considering the interruptible load and power flow constraints is established. The opposite-quantities-adjusted in pairs method based on branch sensitivity is studied, and the adjustment table for reference and adjustment active power is given in detail. With above steps, the quantitative relationship between the increments of the grid section transmission limit and the load interrupted quantities is obtained. The IEEE39–bus testing system in BPA shows that the application of interruptible load can improve the grid section transmission limit, as well as improving the operation economy while guaranteeing the security of the power system. 考虑可中断负荷的 N-1 静态安全约束下 断面输电极限分析 刘岩 1,沈方 1,孙刚 1,宋颖巍 1, 吴卓航 1,裴子霞 2,毛安家 2 1. 国网辽宁省电力有限公司经济技术研究院,辽宁 沈阳 110016 2. 华北电力大学, 北京市 102206 摘 要:将可中断负荷的观点引入断面传输功率的 N-1 静态安全分析,建立传统 N-1 静态安全约束下断面输电极限的数学 模型及基于实际电网运行工况的简化模型,并运用断面受电侧区域内的可中断负荷管理放宽传统 N-1 分析的条件,建立 了考虑可中断负荷时断面输电极限潮流约束的改进数学模型,提出了基于支路灵敏度分析的反向等量配对调整法的计算 方法,得出断面输电极限提高量与可中断负荷量间的量化关系。BPA 环境下的 IEEE39 节点算例表明,运用可中断负荷 提高断面输电极限的方式可在保证系统安全性的同时提高系统运行的经济性。 关键词:静态安全约束;断面输电极限;反向等量配对调整法;需求侧管理;可中断负荷
