Abstract Aiming at the personnel training requirements for the marine development and the transformation and upgrading of the characteristic industry in Zhejiang province, the mechanical engineering specialty in our university put forward the “excellent engineer training scheme” which has four training directions of “the injection machinery and mould”, “the precise special machinery”, “the ship and port machinery” and “the optical, mechanical and electrical integration technology”. The exploration works were done in the off-campus courses, practice bases and faculty development. Through two years of practice in the excellence scheme, the students’ engineering capabilities are enhanced, the employers are satisfied, and the employment rate is also increased. That achieves the “three win” effect of the university, business, and student. At the same time, a series of problems will be solved in the entry and exit mechanism, the combined mechanism of the basic requirements and customizations, the joint cultivation mechanism of the universities and enterprises, the assessment and evaluation mechanism of the teaching quality. 塑机械和模具”、“精密特种机械”、“船港机械”和“光机电一体化技术”四个培养方向相对应的“卓越工程师培养 计划”,在校外课程设置、校外实践基地与师资建设等方面进行了探索。通过两年的“卓越计划”实践,学生的工程能 力增强了,用人单位满意了,就业率也提高了,达到了学校、企业、学生“三赢”的目的。同时,反映出“卓越计划” 进入与退出机制、基本要求与个性化定制相结合机制、校企联合培养机制、教学质量评价考核机制等一系列有待解决的 问题。 关键词:卓越计划;机械工程;实践基地;人才培养;工程教育
引言 当前高校机械类大学生培养普遍存在①学生的工程实践能力弱、创新性和灵活应用性缺乏,②校内实 验平台缺乏现代制造业机电管控特点,校外实践基地缺乏长效运行机制,③教学计划脱离地方产业需求。 从此造成了高校毕业生去企业工作力不从心、用人单位抱怨学生能力和素质偏低的局面,对我国现行的高 等教育提出了新的挑战。
