Abstract The pile foundation’s durability in power transmission project was studied through a series of corrosion resistant experiments in highly-corrosive region. During the study, the factors of different concrete strength grade and combined admixture were involved. The study indicates that the concrete specimens with strength class of C30 and C40, which is made of ordinary Portland cement 42.5, combined admixture of fly-ash and slag, low water binder ratio, have better corrosion-resistant capabilities. And the corrosion-resistance capabilities of concrete C40 are slightly better than that of concrete C30. But in consideration of construction technology and economic, pile foundation made of concrete C30 can be used in power transmission project of highly-corrosive region. 要:通过一系列耐腐蚀试验,来研究强腐蚀地区混凝土强度等级及矿物掺合料对输变电工程灌注桩基础耐久性能的

影响。研究表明,采用普通硅酸盐 42.5 水泥、复掺粉煤灰与磨细矿渣粉、低水胶比配置的强度等级为 C30、C40 的混凝 土试件,其耐腐蚀性能均较好;C40 混凝土较 C30 混凝土抗腐蚀能力稍强。但从施工技术及经济等因素综合考虑,在实 际强腐蚀地区输变电工程中可采用 C30 混凝土灌注桩基础。 关键词:强度等级;输变电;灌注桩基础;耐久性

前言 实际工程经验表明,采用适当强度等级的高密实性混凝土,则有望通过混凝土本身就获得良好的耐腐蚀 效果。例如,处于盐渍土地区的京津塘高速公路某立交桥地下水 Cl-含量为 50400mg/L,SO42-含量为 3851mg/L, 属于强腐蚀环境,其地下灌注桩和桥墩采用以普硅水泥、高效引气减水剂、0.33~0.34 低水胶比配制的 C60 高强混凝土作为主要耐腐蚀技术路线。在使用 9 年后,混凝土表面完整如初[1]。高礼雄[2]用 40mm×40mm× 160mm 的棱柱体和 100mm×100mm×100mm 的立方体试件研究了水灰比分别为 0.6、0.4、0.3 的 C30、C50、 C70 混凝土在 10% Na2SO4 溶液浸泡后弯拉抗蚀系数和抗压抗蚀系数,结果表明,C30 混凝土在 6 个月侵蚀龄 期内达到破坏,而 C50 和 C70 混凝土在浸泡 8 个月以后,弯拉抗蚀系数仍大于 1.1、抗压抗蚀系数大于 0.8。 57 http://www.ivypub.org/AE
