Abstract Nowadays, Human beings are giving more and more attention to the ocean environment problem. As important anti-pollution equipment, incinerator becomes more and more important in ship pollution prevention. This paper has mainly introduced PLC control system of the "YUKUN" ATLAS 200SL WSP type incinerator which is produced by Danish Atlas and the modification approach for the Control method of negative pressure in the incinerator furnace. The paper has introduced ship incinerator background, technical requirement and research condition of incinerator at home and abroad at first. Secondly, has recommended all the makeup and working principle of the incinerator system in "YUKUN". Moreover, combined the circuit diagram, introduced this incinerator control system and described combustion control procedure emphatically. According to the working characteristic of the incinerator, summarize all the control parameters of the incinerator. After that, the incinerator negative pressure adjustment method is modified by analyzing the logic relationship of all the controlled parameters. 要:如今人类对海洋环境问题日益重视。焚烧炉作为船舶防污染的重要设备,其在防止船舶污染方面越来越受轮机

员的重视。本文重点介绍“育鲲”轮使用的丹麦阿特拉斯(ATLAS)公司生产的 ATLAS 200SL WSP 型焚烧炉的控制系统, 以及对该焚烧炉炉膛负压控制方式进行的改进方案。文章首先介绍了船舶焚烧炉的使用背景、技术要求以及国内外相关 的研究动向,其次介绍了“育鲲”轮焚烧炉的系统组成和工作原理。再者结合电路图着重介绍了该焚烧炉 PLC 控制系统及 其燃烧的控制流程,之后根据焚烧炉的工作特点,总结出焚烧炉相关控制参数。然后根据控制参数的逻辑关系就焚烧炉 炉膛负压调整方法进行分析,并提出了改进措施。最后得出有关结论和实习的收获。 关键词:焚烧炉;PLC 控制;控制流程;控制参数;炉膛负压

引言 当前,全球航运业得到了空前的发展。在航运业飞速发展的同时,由于船舶数量的不断增加,船舶垃圾 对海洋环境造成的污染日益加剧。由于船舶营运流动性大,周期长,靠岸时间短的现状存在,导致大量工作、 生活所产生的垃圾和污油难以处理的问题出现。这些垃圾废料处理不当不仅会对海洋水质造成污染,而且对 海洋中动植物带来危害。因此国际海事规定凡是大、中型船舶必须配备船舶废料处理装置——船用焚烧炉。 焚烧炉作为船舶最重要的防污染设备之一,它既可处理固态废料,也可以处理污水油混合物。焚烧技术的应 用不仅攻克了船舶废料处理难题,减轻了船舶的负担,而且降低了船舶的营运成本。所以现在焚烧炉被越来 - 55 http://www.ivypub.org/fes
