Abstract Considering remanufacturing system with the complex features and multiple uncertainties under closed-loop supply chain environment, a MTS-oriented remanufacturing aggregate production planning optimization model, of a single recycling center, multi-location factories, and multiple products, was established. In the process of solving the model, by using fuzzy set theory, we introduced auxiliary MOLP firstly, and then changed the uncertainty of the auxiliary MOLP problem into an equivalent deterministic LP problem, and solved it with the related software. An example was proposed to validate actual effectiveness of the model in remanufacturing enterprises production. The model will contribute to remanufacturing enterprise management decision-makers to arrange remanufacturing aggregate production planning in a rational manner. 多工厂、多产品的废旧产品回收再制造集约生产计划优化模型。在模型的求解过程中采用模糊集理论,先引入辅助 MOLP, 然后将不确定性的辅助 MOLP 问题转化为等价的确定性 LP 问题,并用相关软件求解。通过算例验证了此模型在再制造企 业生产中的实际有效性。此模型有助于再制造企业管理决策者的生产实践。 关键词:MTS;再制造;集约生产计划;闭环供应链;模糊规划

引言 1984 年,美国再制造研究先驱 Lund Robert T 教授[1]首先提出再制造的概念:再制造是将耗损的耐用产品 恢复到既能用又经济,经过拆卸分解、清洗检查、整修加工、重新装配、调整测试的全生产过程。由于再制 造能够节约资源、减少污染,降低企业经营成本和风险,因而近年来,旧产品的再制造作为一种可持续发展 战略和提升企业经济效益的策略越来越受到学者和经营者们广泛的关注。同时,很多国家都高度重视再制造 生产,并从法律层面确定生产者责任延伸制(EPR,Extended Producer Responsibility) [2] [3]。在 EPR 制度下,再 制造企业要对本企业生产的处于生命终期(EOL,End Of Life)的废旧产品进行回收、拆卸、再制造生产,并对 这些废旧产品造成的环境污染承担经济或法律的责任。 目前,对闭环供应链下的再制造的有关研究处在起步阶段,再制造集约生产计划的优化问题是再制造领 域的一个重要研究方向。再制造集约生产计划(Remanufacturing Aggregate Production Planning,RAPP)是再制 造企业在一个中长期的时间内,在不确定性环境下和各种资源约束条件下,确定回收、拆卸、运输、生产、 基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助项目(71272015,70972062);上海财经大学研究生科研创新基金资助项目
