Abstract This method adopts hydrochloric acid decomposition of sample, hydrochloric acid perchloric acid combined with volatile chromium, tin chloride reduction Fe3+, with two sodium diphenylamine sulfonate as indicator, the determination of total iron content in laterite nickel ore oxidation of potassium dichromate were direct titration. Through a lot of experiments analysis experiments on the precision, as well as standard sample, by alkali fusion method, acid dissolution method (phosphoric acid) experiment, it is found that this method is simpler, clearer and easier to observe the phenomenon, has a good precision and accuracy, can rapid determination of total iron in laterite nickel ore analysis need meet factory. 前言 随着硫化镍矿资源的日趋枯竭[2],国内外对于红土镍矿资源的开发利用越来越重视,我国红土镍矿进出 口贸易日益增多,研究红土镍矿中全铁的测定方法,对其含量进行快速准确测定具有重要的现实意义。

1 实验部分 1.1 方法要点 试样经盐酸溶解试样,盐酸高氯酸联合挥铬,用氯化亚锡将三价铁还原成二价铁,以饱和氯化汞中和过 量氯化亚锡,在硫磷混酸介质中,二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,用重铬酸钾为氧化剂直接滴定将二价铁氧化成三 价铁,溶液滴定至稳定紫色为终点。本方法适用于 TFe 10%-55%,Cr(0.6%-2.5%),Ni(0.1%-4%)[3]。
