Abstract Taking LC30 for an example, the compressive and flexural strengths were tested under different conditions in order to investigate the influences of water cement ratio (W/C ratio) and sand volume replacement rate (rs) on the physical and mechanical properties of shale ceramsite concrete with part sands (sand lightweight concrete, specified density concrete). The results show that the strengths, specific strength and flexural-compressive strength ratio all increase with the reducing of W/C ratio, but the flexuralcompressive strength ratio change little. The strengths increase firstly and then reduce than the test-piece group with the increasing of rs, and the critical rs is 10%. It is mainly affected by rs when W/C ratio is smaller or by W/C ratio when W/C ratio is bigger for the strengths of sand lightweight concrete than the test-piece group. The specified density concrete can reduce weight than normal concrete, cut down cost, raise pump ability and construction than full lightweight concrete by the comparison of specific strengths under the condition of intensity satisfying with the requirement. 本文以 LC30 为例,分别进行了不同影响因素时的抗压与抗折强度试验。结果表明,随着水灰比降低,砂轻混凝土的强度、 比强度及折压比逐渐增大,但折压比变化幅度很小;而随着河砂取代率增大,强度较基准组先提高后降低,其临界点为 10%;当水灰比较小时,相较于基准组,砂轻混凝土的强度主要受河砂取代率影响;而当水灰比较大时,其强度则主要受 水灰比影响;由比强度对比可知,砂轻混凝土较全轻混凝土和普通混凝土在满足强度要求的前提下,能够减轻重量和降 低成本,并能提高泵送和施工性能。 关键词:轻质混凝土;次轻混凝土;页岩陶粒混凝土;比强度;折压比
