Abstract The Engineering humanistic quality of engineering personnel is crucial to the results of engineering practice, and the fostering of humanistic quality for college students is the core content of cultivating the distinguished engineering talents, like the training of their professional capabilities. The connotation and component of the engineering humanistic quality is explained in this paper, and the necessity of training the humanistic quality during the higher education of engineering is illustrated. As for the cultivation of engineering humanistic quality for college students, the paper proposes a practical teaching mode which focuses on embarking the engineering case teaching mode at the premise of promoting the studying of humanities knowledge and building the humanities atmosphere in the campus. And other university –enterprise corporation mode for humanistic quality cultivation is also proposed, which mainly emphasizes to make the students participate the actual practice of solving engineering problems in form of team work at the principle of goal orientation and engineering tasks driving. 要:工程人文素质对于工程活动的结果至关重要,和专业技术能力一样,大学生工程人文素质的培养也是卓越工程

技术人才培养的核心内容。本文揭示了工程人文素质的内涵和构成层次,对高等工程教育中大学生工程人文素质教育的 必要性进行了阐述。在工程人文素质的培养方面,本文提出在营建校园人文氛围激励学生学习人文知识的前提下开展工 程实践的案例式教学,以及开展校企合作,在目标导向、工程任务驱动的方针下促使学生以团队协作方式参与具体工程 问题解决过程的实践培养模式。 关键词:人文素质;工程实践;工程人才;培养模式;工程教育

引言 工程科技人才是推动科学技术创新和应用、促进科技成果转化为直接生产力的主力军,是我国工业化、 信息化和现代化的骨干力量[1]。由于工程技术人才的培养直接决定着一个国家工程技术水平、经济发展速度 以及工业竞争力,因此具备扎实的工程专业知识和较强工程实践能力的卓越工程人才一直是我国高等工程 教育的培养目标[2]。2010 年 6 月国家教育部正式启动了卓越工程师教育培养计划,旨在培养造就一大批创新 能力强、适应经济社会发展和国家发展战略需要的高质量的各类工程技术人才。 作为担负工程技术人才培养任务的我国高等工程教育近几年规模发展较快, 为社会培养了大量的工程技 术人才, 为国民经济的可持续发展起到了良好的推动作用。但客观地说,现阶段我国大多数高等院校工程教 *基金资助:受教育部人文社会科学研究专项任务项目(工程科技人才培养研究)支持资助(项目号:13JDGC005) 。
