Abstract Brisbane box is one of the main timber species. In this paper, we studied the changes of physical properties of soil, nutrients, microbes and enzyme activity of the soil, the results showed that: (1) Soil physical properties after stand improvement had been greatly improved, soil bulk density were reduced, soil porosity were improved, the soil was looser and the soil texture improved. (2) The rate of nutrient cycling also increased, with the protease, Converting enzyme’s activity increased, organic matter, hydrolysis of N, total N content increased, the available soil fertility factors and the level of fertility increased. (3) The activity urease, acid phosphatase and catalase of soil were higher than the control. (4) The microbes of the root zone were greatly increase, the number was greater than that out of root zone, indicated that stand transformation made a notable role in soil properties improvement. 红胶木改造林分土壤特性研究* 罗丹 1 ,张亨 2 ,陈红跃 2 1. 广东省岭南综合勘察设计院,广东 广州 510520 2. 华南农业大学林学院,广东 广州 510642 摘 要:通过林分改造,乡土树种种植后的林地土壤性质会发生变化。土壤物理结构(包括土壤空隙、土壤持水性)影响 植物根系的生长;土壤养分含量直接影响植物生长状况;土壤微生物参与了森林生态系统的物质循环和能量流动;土壤 酶参与植物有关的化学反应与生物反应。本文对东莞市大岭山经红胶木林分改造 5 年后土壤的物理性质、养分含量、微 生物数量、酶活性进行分析研究,结果表明:(1)林分改造后的土壤物理性质有了较大的改善,降低了土壤容重,提高 了土壤的空隙度,使土壤更疏松,有效的改良了土壤质地。(2)土壤养分循环速率有所提高,蛋白酶、蔗糖酶(转化酶) 活性增强,有机质、水解 N、全 N 含量增加,土壤的速效肥力因子增强,肥力水平提高。(3)土壤中脲酶、酸性磷酸 酶及过氧化氢酶的活性比对照实验中的大,说明林分改造对土壤酶的活性有促进的效果。(4)三个标准地的根区微生物 数量大大增加,植物根区微生物数量也大于非根区微生物数量,说明林分改造对于有效改善土壤特性起到显著作用。 关键词:林分改造;土壤物理性质;土壤养分;土壤微生物;土壤酶活性

引言 红胶木是一种优良的速生用材树种,从国外引种已有上百年的历史,为我国林木发展创造巨大经济价 值。但是由于长期纯林种植,造成林分产出率低也严重破坏了当地的生态平衡。我省生态公益林等级较低, 并且存在较多问题 [1]。林分改造是对质量较次的林分进行改造,使其转变为优良林分的综合营林措施[2]。在 生态公益林林分改造中,采用乡土树种,一般生态功能都较好,今后的发展趋势肯定也较好[3]。土壤养分、 *基金项目:
