Abstract In reaction to the common oscilloscopes (Agilent, Tektronix, Lecroy, RIGOL, etc.), a system of data acquisition in oscilloscope with multi-function has been successfully developed in this paper by means of calling the oscilloscope driver subVI as well as performance function subVI in the Win-XP based on the LabVIEW8.0 software framework to compile the underlying software and UI (user interface) software. This system combined with the offline software is capable to realize these functions, such as charge integral, time measurement, waveform measurement and storage. The performance of the oscilloscope on data acquisition is studied in details with the comparison between the system and single photoelectron spectrum (SPE) of PMT R5912 measured by VME system. 件框架,编译其底层软件和用户界面软件,通过调用示波器的驱动程序子 VI 和功能函数子 VI,成功开发了多功能示波 器取数系统。结合离线软件处理,该系统可以实现电荷积分、时间测量、计数、波形测量和波形图存储功能。通过对比 此系统与 VME 系统测量的 R5912 光电倍增管的单光电子谱,此款示波器取数系统的性能得到了详细研究。 关键词:示波器;数据获取;LabVIEW;单光电子谱
