Abstract The reinforcement methods at shield shaft will be directly related to the security of shield’s departure and reception. It is a key and urgent problem how to choose the right reinforcement method in that phase. In this paper, the common reinforcement method at shield shaft is summarized. The conclusion is as follows: As for the soft soil area the frequently used reinforcement method is cement-soil deep mixing pile+ high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile. Artificial freezing method is also used when the environment restraint. In the area of soft soil the main method is reinforcement and water lowering. It is not necessary to reinforce when encountering a full face rock formation, and a slice grouting method can be used. Some special method may be taken to the special stratum. Meanwhile, three new reinforcement methods are given. Results and conclusions in this research may play a useful role to aid designs of similar projects in future. 盾构隧道端头新型加固方式研究* 胡俊 1,曾晖 2,王效宾 3,陈雅楠 1,朱云云 1 1. 海南大学 土木建筑工程学院,海南 海口 570228 2. 五邑大学 土木建筑学院,广东 江门 529020 3. 常熟理工学院,江苏 苏州 215500 摘 要:盾构隧道端头土体加固的成功与否将直接关系到盾构进出洞施工的安全,合理选择盾构隧道端头土体的加固方式 是保证盾构法隧道顺利施工非常重要的环节。对盾构隧道端头常用的加固方式进行总结,得出:对于软土地区,盾构隧 道端头采用最多的是水泥土深层搅拌桩+高压旋喷桩(或注浆)的加固方式,当受地面环境限制时,可采用冻结法进行加 固;在砂层中,主要采用地层加固+降水的加固方式;遇到全断面岩石地层时,无需进行地基加固,可采用分层注浆的施 工方案;对于特殊地层,需采取较为特殊的加固方式。同时给出了三种新型加固方式,并以此指导现场工程实践与应 用,对其它工程建设中的地基处理、土体加固等问题都具有一定的指导作用。 关键词:盾构隧道;端头加固;加固方式;杯型水平冻结
