comfortable environment and deliver a gender-specific program of pastoral care. While their lessons are separate, boys and girls maintain friendships formed in the junior years by socialising during class breaks and during cocurricular activities. In Year 9, students begin to transition back into a coeducational learning environment. Core subjects and ‘learning journeys’ are undertaken separately while boys and girls come together to study their elective subjects.
TOGETHER YEARS 10–12 In the senior years, students learn in a fully coeducational environment, reflective of the diverse world around them, including university and the workforce they will soon enter. The Mentor Program and structure of our eight Houses provide each student with a family to belong to, promoting friendship and teamwork, and respect for each other as individuals.
