The company was established in 1982 as Construction and Materials Export and Import Company (or Constrexim in short). Constrexim Holdings has been holding the General Assembly of Shareholders and has been operating under a comprehensive stock model since June 2007. After 30 years of construction and development, Constrexim Holdings has over 30 member units and more than 5000 employees, multi-industry, multi-field, high reputation. Constrexim Holdings has been present in many big projects such as National Convention Center, Danang Airport, Buon Kuop Hydropower Plant, Srepok Hydroelectric Power Plant … In 2002, Constrexim was the first company nationwide to apply the “parent-subsidiary” model. Overcoming the challenges of “paving the way”, the “parent-subsidiary” model has succeeded in Constrexim and has now been used across the country.
