First timers motor into Seawork

Seawork newcomer Imenco has delivered a new state-of-the-art advanced Diver Communication System.

The Nautronix DSP Helium Speech Unscrambler is a fully digital design and utilises the latest and most modern processing systems to provide the highest speech intelligibility.

The physical properties of the high pressure Heliox (helium-oxygen) atmosphere produce significant changes in the speech generation mechanism for a resident diver, which at deeper depths results in largely unintelligible speech.

Modules are available for wet diver, dry diver, tender control, power, entertainment, record and unscrambler. Full control of the system is provided via the tender module, where communication ‘groups’ are set up. A group can consist of any number of modules and allows divers at different depths to communicate clearly.

For over 200 years, Miller Rayner has been one of Britain’s leading suppliers of crew clothing for marine, aviation and land-based companies.

It all began in 1818 when George Miller established the company, called simply ‘George Miller’. The birth of George’s son, Alfred led to it evolving into ‘Miller & Sons’ and the family empire grew. By measuring and reducing the embodied carbon in building services products, Elta is fully committed to supporting the transition to net zero with a range of energy-efficient ventilation systems, fully aligned with TM65 guidelines.

In 1912, nearly a century after it was founded, the company became ‘Miller, Rayner, Haysom Ltd: Naval, Military, Shipping & Colonial Outfitters’. By this time, it had added branches in Paris and Rotterdam and a manufacturing operation in Liverpool to its growing global footprint. In the same year, the company notably manufactured crew uniforms for White

Tom Chant MBE, Chief Executive, SMI (Society of Maritime Industries)

THE NATIONAL OCEANOGRAPHY CENTRE INNOVATION HUB

The NOC provides public benefit, as part of a global endeavour, by contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge of the ocean, which is both a public good in its own right and can lead to applications which result directly or indirectly in public benefit.

A fantastic, insightful event. A perfect exhibition to see all the amazing products within the industry and meet new and existing clients.

Excellently laid out with wonderful exhibitors

Full of promise and enthusiasm, many of my direct customers travel from all over the world to meet.

The exhibition was impeccably organised and attracted a substantial audience, highlighting the extensive range of innovations and advancements in the commercial marine and workboat sectors.

Seawork provides a great opportunity to find new products and services. The event continues to go from strength to strength.

It was a really good place to put faces to names and meet new businesses that work in my area of interest.

The one commercial show that is a must to go to - so much experience and knowledge in one place.

We went with a mission to get very specific information on certain products. My team and I succeeded in our information quest and stumbled upon solutions to a tricky issue we also had on the back burner.

As always, a great event to meet, network and collectively get together with rising influence in the industry.

A first class show with an excellent mix of exhibitors representing an excellent cross section of the industry. Definitely the annual ‘go to’ show.

Seawork was a very organised show, the show app was helpful and easy to use. I met a lot of valuable contacts and will return in 2025 potentially as an exhibitor.

Amazing atmosphere, great people. The exhibition that doesn’t feel like an exhibition in the most positive way.

Great event, well organised and fantastic to network to meet old and new friends.
