WilliamLloydJerome,IIIwasbornJuly15,1966in Victorville,CAtoJoyceGenevaSaundersneeRankin andthelateWilliamLloydJerome,Jr.Hewas affectionatelyknownasLloydand“Cool-Aid”.Lloyd waseducatedprimarilyintheDistrictofColumbia PublicSchoolSystem,graduatedfromBallouHigh School,andattendedJohnsonC.SmithUniversity.He wasanall-aroundgiftedperson,starathletein basketball,football,track,andboxing.Lloydwasthe highschoolquarterbackatBallouHIghSchool, receivedtrackscholarshipstoBrownandJ.C.Smith Universities,andwasmemberof#11BoxingGym.
Lloydwasknownforbeingthelifeoftheparty,loved music,dancing,andsinging.Thatgoldenvoicewasa pointofcontentiongrowingup,however,heuseditto hisadvantageasanadult.Professionally,hecouldbe founddoingsomethingincustomerserviceorsales, allowinghispersonalityandentrepreneurialgifts toshine.
LloydwasgiftedwithhisfirstchildwithQwenada Miller,whileincollege.OnApril3,1991hemarried DanielleGregory,andwereblessedwithfourchildren. HeraisedhisfamilypartlyinTempleHills,MDand
Charlotte,NC.TheyjoinedFromtheHeartChurch MinistriesofCharlotteandwerebaptizedin2012by PastorQuintonA.Smith.
LloydwasprecededindeathbyhisfatherWm.Lloyd, Jr.Andissurvivedbyhismother,JoyceGeneva SaundersneeRankin,children,Winston,Wade, MiChon,Llorielle,Indya,grandsons,JordanandJu’Elz. HeisalsosurvivedbyhissiblingsWesley(Sonja)
