OUTDOOR ART GALLERY The East Fairfield - Smiley Heights - Melrose East neighborhood has a burgeoning creative population of artists and cultural historians that are drawn to this community. Outdoor Art Gallery of over 24 murals and Post- Impressionist Painters named streets.
