%4 increase in production was realized in 2014 compared to the previous year and production has reached 1 million 170 thousand units. The positive results of investments have created an increase of %16 in car production compared to the previous year. Turkey’s Leading International Trade Fair for the Automotive Service Industry, has become Eurasia’s most popular trade fair of its kind: it gathers the automotive industry of the OEM and Aftermarket, professionals at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East and the Central Asia region. The Venue TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center Automechanika Istanbul is organized at the TÜYAP Fair, Convention and Congress Center in Beylikdüzü / Büyükçekmece in Istanbul, Turkey. The exhibition site offers a range of facilities for the international visitors such as ATM machines, news stands, prayer facilities, as well as several food outlets offering international and Turkish food. The TÜYAP Fair Ground is located on the European side of Istanbul, about 25 minutes away from Istanbul Atatürk International Airport and 45 minutes away from Taksim Square, Istanbul’s city center. Regular and free Shuttle Buses are provided from several points in the city. Taxi and Public Transportation is also possible. Voices of Exhibitors At Automechanika Istanbul INTERMOBIL / RIFAT PERAHYA (General Manager) Intermobil celebrates its 60th year this year. So, it is a very important year for us. We are experiencing important things in 2015 when compared to last year both as the sector and the company itself. This is the 2nd time we have attended Automechanika and we are very glad to have attended this fair. There are more visitors and exhibitors this year than the previous years. This supplied us to have a successful fair and so we will continue to participate Automechanika in the next years.

Groupauto Turkey is a founder partner of Groupauto International that does business in 50 countries. Groupauto International is a leader vehicle group that has more than 3,000 sales points in 50 countries, 2275 distributors and has a sales turnover of 7.5 billion € according to 2014 figures. We are very glad about the number of attendants till now. It is much above our expectations. We hope it continues in the next Automechanika fairs but also it will be held at international level. We think that Automechanika administration is very professional due to the organization and approach of both Hannover Messe and Messe Frankfurt. MAHLE / MURAT İNCE (Head of Sales) Mahle is a company supplying original equipment with its 150 manufacturing facilities all around the world, 66,000 employees and a turnover of 11 billion as of 2014. For us, this fair actually means a junction point where we offer our products with one-for-all concept to spare part market. We are glad to meet spare part components at the fairs such as Automechanika Istanbul, Dubai and Frankfurt with our 1670 employees in total in after-market. We think that this fair was also beneficial and efficient for us to announce our new concept.
MANN HUMMEL / ONUR ÖZYAPICI (Sales Director) Mann Hummel is a pioneer, innovative and leader company doing business in filtration area and established in 1941 in Ludwigsburg, Germany by Adolf Mann and Dr. Eric Hummel. It has more than 16,000 employees, more than 60 factories in 5 continents and a business volume of 2.8 billion Euros. We are pleased to be at the fair in 2015 after 2013. We see it as a good opportunity in terms of sectoral information and information exchange and creating a union as well as introduction of our latest technology products to our customers. We also had good time with our retailers concurrently and I would like to thank the organization company for that.
WERTHER / MUSTAFA HACIGAFFAROĞLU (Sales Manager) Werther International is a company doing business in garage equipment. It is one of the global actors of the sector around the world since 1970s. It mainly manufactures lift and tire equipment. Our company exports to 140 countries and, in addition, it has 12 offices other than the headquarters and one of these is Istanbul office. Automechanika is very important for us and we attended again this year. We welcomed visits both from the retailers and sellers and end users. It really made us satisfied.
