Mit den Produkten zahlreicher deutscher Automatisierer ließe sich Industrie 4.0 eigentlich schon längst verwirklichen. Schwierigkeiten macht die Interoperabilität zwischen den Systemen. Landsberg. Ein Automobilhersteller schafft sein MES ab und löst die zwangsverketteten Produktionsstraßen auf. Ab sofort bewegen sich seine Fahrzeuge in Form von Smart Products autonom. Durch eine neue IT-Lösung kann er jetzt auf Lieferengpässe reagieren und alle erdenklichen Varianten frei mixen. Um die Acatech-Zukunftsvision von Industrie 4.0 auch umsetzen zu können, bieten bereits heute Unternehmen wie Ifm, Siemens, Beckhoff, Harting oder Phoenix Contact entsprechende Systeme an. Da gibt es etwa die Auto-IDLösung von Harting. „Damit geben wir dem Objekt ein Gedächtnis und machen es im Prozess identifizierbar. Beckhoff’s PC-basierte Automatisierungstechnik bietet die Schnelligkeit, Offenheit und Intelligenz, um zum Beispiel schnell auf die Änderungswünsche vom Kunden zu reagieren. „Neben unseren Connectivity Produkten bieten wir aber auch Messtechnik- und Analyse-Produkte: Die intelligente Maschine, die sich selber diagnostiziert, ist für unsere Kunden ebenfalls nicht neu“, ergänzt Stefan Hoppe, Product Manager, Beckhoff. Noch läuft die Produktion allerdings nicht in diesem Sinne: „Die Herausforderung liegt in der
effizienten Integration von Technologien und Systemen,“ erklärt Hilger. „Einige Firmen müssten ihre Produktphilosophie umdenken und ihre geschlossenen Systeme öffnen, um unabhängige Standards für die Interaktion mit Produkten anderer Hersteller zu unterstützen“, ergänzt Hoppe. Kochs Bedenken liegen auf der „Interoperabilität von Produkten verschiedener Hersteller.“ Ohne Standardisierung allerdings droht die Überschwemmung des Marktes mit vielen verschiedenen Industrie 4.0-Ausführungen. Auch der VDMA-China-Experte Oliver Wack äußerte sich gegenüber dieser Zeitung erfreut über die Einigung: „Dadurch wurde ein positives Signal an China gesendet.“

The press section of the MAINTAIN 2014 website features a press event calendar in English and German. It gives journalists an overview of all events about which we have been notified and helps them plan their visit to the fair. Would you like us to include your event, too?
