EXPLORING THE WORLD OF LOGISTICS

www.transportlogistic.de

June 4 – 7, 2013 Messe München

transport Logistic 2013

Welcome to the world of transport logistic. Where all roads lead to success. Look the future in the eye.

An unmissable event.

On road, rail, water and in the air—our world is growing closer and closer together. Innovative logistics solutions are one reason behind this remarkable development. How? Because they are providing ever more direct links between people and markets. Speed and maximum efficiency are key drivers in the global logistics business, alongside IT-supported transparency, strategic supply-chain management and future-oriented traffic concepts. This is the world that meets up every two years at the leading international sector gathering: at transport logistic in Munich— the International Exhibition for Logistics, Mobility, IT and Supply Chain Management. It’s a great opportunity for companies to showcase their innovations and solutions to the world.

Promising new contacts, technologies for the future, sector trends, growth markets and an extensive conference program. Over the last three decades transport logistic has developed a reputation as the world’s leading trade fair for the sector. A reputation that is well deserved when you look at the figures: in 2011 1,893 exhibitors from 59 countries took part. Among them were all the global market leaders. And 51,310 trade visitors (a high proportion of them decision-makers) from 137 countries came to meet the exhibitors in an atmosphere ideally suited for effective networking and successful business. The broad range of countries represented among the visitors was for many exhibitors a chance to expand their business into new markets abroad. Make sure you don’t miss the 2013 edition of the sector’s most important business platform.

What potential can transport logistic unlock for you? Find out—online: www.transportlogistic.de “ In 2011 transport logistic has lived up to its reputation: it is the largest and most important transport and logistics fair worldwide. I am deeply impressed by the many exhibitors who are taking part, particularly from abroad. All parts of the world are represented here.” Dr. Peter Ramsauer, Federal Minister of Transport, Building and Urban Development, Germany

Strategic decisions for sustainable success.

It’s non-stop expansion at this leading international trade fair. All of which are power ful indicators of the international significance of this trade show. Not surprisingly, the exhibitors at transport logistic 2011 were more than happy: 94 percent rated the fair as “excellent to good,” 91 percent nominated it as far and above the leading trade fair for their sector.

Trade shows have to deliver. For many companies the choice of which event to exhibit at is based on very rational thinking. To help you make a well-founded choice in favor of transport logistic 2013, we have summarized on this page all the key data relating to the last event in 2011. We think the figures speak for themselves, and what they say is that transport logistic 2013 is a must for all decision-makers in the world of transport and logistics.

“We are exhibiting here at transport logistic for the first time this year. It is the only fair at which you can really meet the decision-makers in the logistics sector. The atmosphere here is one of intense business talks, and it’s very motivating. The concept of bringing together a mix of suppliers in the logistics sector works very well. In two years time, we will certainly be back again.” Dr Dieter Bambauer, Member of the Group Management Board, Die Schweizerische Post, Switzerland
