Laboratory TOC / TN-Analyzer Laboratory TOC Analyzers offer a wide assortment of options for analyzing everything from ultra-pure water to contaminated water and solid samples to gas samples. Shimadzu offer a total of eight models based either on the 680°C combustion catalytic oxidation method, developed by Shimadzu and subsequently spread around the world, or the wet chemical oxidation. The TN-unit enables a combined TOC/TN analysis in a single measurement step by using catalytic combustion and chemiluminescence detection. The system is complete with a solid sampler module to switch between aqueous and solid (waste, sludge, sediments or swabs) samples without further instrument conversions.
